Frequently Asked Questions
What are the provider’s credentials? Care is provided by a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 20 years of clinical experience. This includes advanced training in psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy, with a specialized focus on treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. Do you accept insurance? We accept select insurance plans and are actively expanding our network. If your plan is not currently accepted, you may still receive care using out-of-network benefits, and a superbill can be provided for reimbursement. What are the costs for services? Your out-of-pocket cost may vary depending on your insurance coverage and benefits. What if I don’t have insurance? Self-pay options are available for patients who prefer privacy or do not have insurance coverage. This allows for flexible, high-quality care without the limitations of insurance requirements. Is telehealth secure and confidential? Yes. All sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring your information remains private, protected, and secure at all times. Can the provider prescribe controlled substances? Yes. Controlled substances are prescribed thoughtfully and in full compliance with federal and state regulations—only when clinically appropriate, following a comprehensive evaluation, ongoing monitoring, and a commitment to safe, responsible care.
