Important distinction: Your clinical information is protected health information ("PHI") under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"). Our handling of PHI is governed by HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices ("NPP"), which is a separate document describing how we use and disclose PHI for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations. This website Privacy Policy mainly covers information that is not PHI (for example, analytics or marketing data). When HIPAA applies, it takes precedence.
