About

With over 25 years of experience in nursing and mental health, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals find balance, peace, and clarity through evidence-based and holistic care. As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), my work bridges clinical precision with compassionate understanding.

My background spans hospital, academic, and community mental health settings, where I’ve cared for clients managing both acute and chronic psychiatric conditions. I’ve also served in nursing education and leadership roles, helping shape the next generation of mental health professionals. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—rather than just the symptoms.

Grounded in a strong academic foundation and a deep respect for each person’s story, I bring a personalized and integrative approach to every session. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing can unfold naturally and authentically.
